All apartments are located in historical center of St. Petersburg near Hermitage Museum and Winter Palace Square. Guests can easily access most popular sites and museums of the city by feet- walking distance to major sightseeing destinations doesn't exceed 10-15 minutes. Traveller can find dozens of cafees and restaurants around, that can match any taste and price expectation.

All apartments have warm water, wifi, heating. Guests can use kitchen-each apartment has dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, stove, microwave. We provide linens and towels. We can arrange for fixed-price airport taxi pick up. Smoking is not allowed.

Best location and best price!Alexey is very kind and modest man. He explain everything in to the smallest detail. He helped us to get from airport- recommend us which metro station is the best and also give us the tips for the trip to Peterhof. There is the mini-market, close to the apartment where you can buy everything you need.Everything was on time... Alexey was waiting at the place with the key and he come back at the day of arrival (exact time)

Обязательно вернёмся!Прекрасное расположение,хозяин очень доброжелательный. В квартире есть всё необходимое- кухня, ванная, спальня. Обязательно буду тут останавливаться и в следующий раз!Всё прекрасно))

A very beautiful aparment with an amazing host.The apartment was very comfortable for two persons. The kitchen perfectly equipped. The rooms had enough space and were finely decorated. The beds really comfortable, I could sleep well and it was not noisy outside. The apartment is placed in the center of Saint Petersburg, along the bank of River Moyki and steps away from Nevsky Prospekt and Palace Square. When I come back to Saint Petersburg I will certainly try to book it again!

Место проживания -просто лучше не придумаешь!Хоть и очень маленькая,но отдельная квартирка со всем необходимым.Хозяин очень любезен,всегда доступен для общения.Рекомендуем!Очень слабый wi-if- (скорость не больше 5),обстановка квартиры бюджетная ,для непритязательных путешественников,но ведь вам не сидеть там круглые сутки!

Что понравилось: 1. Расположение квартиры, все рядом, везде можно дойти пешком 2. В квартире чисто и есть все для проживания. 3. Очень вежливый и доброжелательный хозяин. 4. Спокойный закрытый дворик, тихие соседи которых вообще не слышно.

Отличное месторасположение и вид из окнаОтличная квартира в доме 19 века. Высокие потолки и шикарный вид из окна. Дворцовая набережная и площадь в 7 минутах ходьбы, рядом Михайловский замок. Очень чисто, видно что перед заездом тщательно убирали. Когда приедем, обязательно остановимся у вас!

Квартира в самом центре, как и в других отзывах подтверждаю, на мойке 5 тишина, несмотря на центр. Квартира чистенькая, очень уютная,идеальное место для остановки учитывая расположение)

Vyborna lokalita a dostupnost do centra mesta. 10 minut do Ermitaze a na Dvorcovu ploscad. Byt vybaveny vsetkym co potrebujete, sice malicky ale pre oddych po dennom programe uplne postacuje. Petrohrad je uzasne mesto

The first time we ve been hosted this way. Our first time in Russia. Alexey and Larissa s place is a perfect place. For those who want to be in the heart of the center, quiet, in a real apartment. Very authentic.Experience this wonderful city. Get up in the morning and see the Hermitage Museum. And go anywhere on foot.The apartment andbillding is safe, clean, large (we were only two people, but with a little family fun can enjoy) and equipped with all the bases we needed. thanks

Прекрасная квартира в Питерском стиле, 5-10 минут пешком до Дворцовой площади, Эрмитажа и Дворцовой набережной. Идеальное место для 3-4 человек. Останавливались на две ночи в августе, очень рекомендую. Very nice apartment in the heart of the city - 5-10 minute walk to the Hermitage, Palace Square and the Palace Embankment. Ideal place to stay for 3-4 people. We stayed there for 2 nights and I recommend this apartment to other guests.

Квартира хорошая. Расположение просто супер! Постельное белье и полотенца чистые. Есть все, что необходимо в квартире, правда мы были всего 3 дня. Но нам все понравилось!

Alexey picked us up at the railway station and showed to apartment. As we had problem with lights, he came to apartment very quickly to fix it, so everything was great.The apartment has the best location and has everything you need.

I ve been to St.Petersburg several times in the past 10 months and each time have rented an apartment through Ltour Travel. All of these apartments have great charm and are very reasonable.I particularly appreciate there proximity to Nevski Prospect-near the heart of the city but always just a little off the hustle and bustle so one can rest peacefully
